Refund policy
   We hope you love your new Outsider purchase. But in case you don't, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed item(s) with tags attached within 15 days of purchase. Returns made after 15 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. You have a 30-day window to return your item.
Returns that do not meet our policy standards will be shipped back to you.Â
During busy periods, refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Refunds will appear back in your account within 3-5 working days after being processed.

- How do I file a return claim?

With:
- Order number
- Copy of the receipt
- Item you are returning
- Reason you are returning it
 * We will send the return label for free by email once your return claim is approved.

- Attach return label
 Get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.
If you are returning items from a multiple order, please start a return for all items and include the receipt, packing list or order confirmation email from each order in your package.Â

- How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser. For credit cards, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process back to your account.
- How do I track the status of my online return or exchange?
Please keep a copy of the tracking number and check on the carrier's website for status.
